Hello, I'm Rachael!
I have spent the better part of my 20+ year career working for small businesses doing big things. Working as I have in a variety of industries from hospitality/food & beverage, to furniture design and manufacturing, to IT services and even the nonprofit space, has given me a unique perspective on the common operations that make successful small businesses tick. Time and again I have witnessed small business ownership and leadership hit a wall at the point of scaling - what I call the dilemma of working ON and IN your business at the same time. My goal is to help small business owners, like you, strengthen operational efficiency, establish a strong foundation of policies and procedures, and prepare for the next phase of their journey.
