Hi, I’m Rachael — 

intuitive card reader, kitchen witch, yoga teacher, energy worker, and lifelong seeker of the sacred in the everyday. I’m also the founder of The Empress Provisions, a space for soul nourishment, deep breath moments, and practical magic.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be flashy, and that transformation often looks like coming home to yourself — not becoming someone else. My work is about helping people remember what they already carry: insight, resilience, wisdom, magic.

Here, we work with tools that are ancient and intuitive, down-to-earth and a little sparkly. Lenormand card readings that get right to the heart of things. Gentle yoga that welcomes you exactly as you are.

I started The Empress Provisions because I craved something real — a space where intuition and grounded support could meet. A space where people could feel seen without having to explain themselves. A space where healing feels less like a to-do list and more like a deep exhale.
