The Empress Provisions began its life under a different name, Delifefull: Life Delightfully Well Fed, as a small food business, making mainly granola with a few cooking classes and events. I knew it was always meant to be more, but when COVID caused our second market season to be canceled, effectively ending the granola making business venture, it went into hibernation. Now, it is emerging from its cocoon, something new and more fully expressed, though still being evolved.
This evolution more fully incorporates my wholistic approach to “wellness”, more openly incorporating my reverence for the magic of the wheel of the seasons, and the need to walk the path of spiritual, emotional AND physical wellbeing – whatever those words mean to each of us.
With certainty it will involve yoga, healing, food, a healthy dose of magic and mysticism, along with an ever-present sprinkling of granola and fairy dust. Join me for Lenormand card readings, Yin and other yoga classes, Reiki energy work, recipes, and general wonderment - things that help me create a well-fed, delightful life (as I hope they will for you)! For most of my life, I have been in pursuit of magic. In this past year, I turned 40, was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, went on some serious soul quests, have been working through some deep shadow work, and have come to finally realize that I don't need to SEEK magic, but to embrace the magic that I already am!
